Nevada drug testing laws

Does anyone know nv drug testing laws. I dont currently smoke but I did before pregnancy and now with nausea and anxiety I'm really wanting to smoke again but not sure of the Nevada laws. As of Jan 1st marijuana will be legal here. Any people that know Nevada laws?
