BC cramping?

i started my period the 24th of october and had it for 5 days. started birth control for the first time in 3 months on October 30th. eve is projecting my period to come in 6 days but i won't be on sugar pills until around the 20th or so. i've been cramping for the past 2 days, which i know is normal with some birth controls. the BC i'm on is a lowhormone. off of BC i cramp anywhere from a week to 5 to 2 days before my period. i'm just wondering if my body is like confused and getting ready for the period or what. i ovulated before i started BC as well if that helps any. or maybe the cramps are just poop cramps 😂 but they feel like period cramps
