I just don't love him. 💔

I have fallen out of love with my husband 💔 the only problem is I am 35 weeks pregnant with our second baby. I honestly am just not happy anymore. How do I go about letting him know I just don't want to be with him anymore? It hurts my heart because I have tried for months to find the love I once had for him, and who knows maybe it'll com back after I have the baby. I just can't seem to remember why I fell in love with him in the first place... should I try and work out my feelings or should I do what I feel is right and leave.
