Why am I in pain

Ugh! I've been breastfeeding for almost 12m now. My LO just got her teeth in at 10-11m. Just recently my left nipple hurts CONSTANTLY, when she's nursing. Help?? I have no idea why, my other one is fine and no breast pain. Just my left nipple.

I'm going through this right now also but it's just my right instead of left. I have a small white blister on the tip of my nipple and it's actually a milk blister. Where skin has overgrown a duct and milk gets trapped. It is so painful. I wanna cry every time he nurses on this side. Mine won't go away.
