How to Let SIL Know

I recently found out we're expecting number 2 (yay!!). I have PCOS and struggled to conceive my first and am actually very surprised with this one!

My brother and SIL have had trouble since their miscarriage last October. She is having a very hard time when anyone around her announces their pregnancy. I know this feeling very well. We have been trying for number 2 for over two years now.

I want to tell her separately but not sure what to say. Even while having trouble, I was always excited for friends or family who announced but she takes it very hard. I was praying my SIL would get pregnant first. What do/don't I say? How long should I wait?

Any advice from either side of things?
