Extra skin on my vag???

Okay so right inside the opening of my vag, there's a little loop of skin that is about the size of my pinky and sometimes tampons slide through it and I have to pull the string out of the loop BC the tampon is too big to pull through the loop and it can be painful. Do all of us have this loop of skin? Its like immediately inside my vag on the top.... thanks ladies
