my struggle

I get pregnant and go in for my ultra sound and there's no baby in there. I had EMPTY GESTATIONAL SAC for the third time and they now want me to see a specialist. This is physically and emotionally draining. I have a 10 year old and would love to have another baby girl. I'm jus sadden that I know people who don't deserve or shouldn't have more kids, they get pregnant at the drop of a dime.
