Late period, possibly pregnant.

So today my period is late by 2 days. Somtimes I'm irregular and somtimes regular. We have been trying for a baby, what are some signs I should look for that indicate pregnancy. When I was pregnant with my son I hardly had and any till I was around. Months along.

Please help?!
