Hair loss

So I'm 5 months postpartum and for the past month my hair has been falling out so much. I expected so shedding since my hair got so thick and beautiful while I was pregnant, but not this much. I'm scared that it won't stop. I don't use any harsh chemicals in my hair or heat. Any other suggestions?
