How long do you pump?

For you mamas who pump: how long (duration) are you pumping for every 2-4 hrs?

15 mins on each breast, on a morning I pumped for 20-25 mins.

I pump every 3 hours. I stopped pumping for a specific time bc i believe it was contributing to my oversupply. I now pump until i get about 5-6 ounces total. It takes me about 10 minutes

I pump first thing in the morning and after the 3 day feedings. I stop pumping around 4:30/5, and do not pump between 5--6:30 am just nurse in demand I pump from 10-20 min. I usually go until I get two let downs.

I was pumping 3x a day, for about 15 minutes and getting only about 5oz. This was with my hand pump.

Now I'm pumping 4x a day, for 15 minutes and getting only 2.5oz and this is with my double electric.

No clue what is going on.
