4 month old fell on head!

So in the morning I put my baby on the bed closer to the wall while I grabbed some diapers. She doesn't turn over yet so I wasn't worried. What I didn't realize was there was a gap between the wall and my bed. She fell head first down, but there's a wood bar plank half way down. So when I walked back in the room I jus saw her feet sticking up in the air and the rest of her body was in the crack of the bed. Should I be worried? She had all that pressure on her head? She seems fine but I'm really worried..
