Terrible tummy ache what can I take?!?

Had a terrible stomach ache last night probably from eating pizza and I still have pain this morning. What is safe to take? I am 8 weeks pregnant.

I was thinking about taking ginger tea.

Natural options are peppermint, chamomile or ginger tea. Giving tummy a rest and mainly having liquids for 8 hours will help. 
Medication you can take paracetomol or cocodomol which is paracetomol and codeine. If you take cocodomol you must not take paracetomol containing products as youd overdose on the paracetomol. 
Im 32 weeks with severe hyperemesis and chrohns disease and i swear by lemon barley hot or cold helps me
