Possible twins?

Me and my husband both agree we think we are having twins. Sense i was so early my doctor didnt really look around just wanted to make sure it was in the right spot. I was 5w3d in this ultrasound. I really think im having twins. I also took clomid to conceive

It's always possible. I took no drugs, had no inkling of twins, found one baby at quick ultrasound that you are describing, then asked them to just make sure it still had a heartbeat at appointment 2 weeks later. That's when we found twins. Was quite a shock!!
