Is your 4 month old still swaddled for bedtime?

Half swaddled, we keep his arms out and wrap his tummy.

We've tried the zippity zip, merlin's magic sleep suit and swaddling with one arm out, but none work for my 4-month old. He wakes himself up too easily by touching his face. He's also busting his arm out of his swaddle several times per night, but we're at least getting 2 hours of sleep at a time as opposed to <1 hour. Any advice would be appreciated!

We got a zippety zip for my daughter. She hated being swaddled, but desperately needed it. It has made all the difference.

He stopped being swaddled the first day home from the hospital, he hated it.

There's no rule saying your baby has to be out of a swaddle at a certain age... when they're ready they're ready ;)

My daughter loves the swaddle a little too much. We've managed to transition to one arm out because she can roll over (although she never does at night) and are really struggling to get the other one out. She's sleeping 10ish hours straight right now and bedtime is so stress-free with the swaddle. I'm enjoying it too much to disrupt it again just yet.

We stopped a couple weeks ago once she rolled over back to front. She loved being swaddled so we took one arm out (non-dominant) for three days before bringing the other arm out. Now she wears a sack :).

My daughter is in a sleep sack now because she kept busting out of the swaddle. It was disrupting her sleep.
