Physio?
I am in a lot of pain constantly this time around, in lower back left side and left butt cheek. I have a physio appointment on the 2nd of Dec, has anyone else been having this or had to go through physio? I have no idea what to expect or if theres anything I can do in the meantime to help relieve it. I have a dream genii but doesnt seem to help xxx
