Cervix funneling.. Any possible remedy

Hey everyone,

So I am having twins and my cervix has been constantly changing from 2.5cm to 3cm to 2cm.. At the last appt. They didn't tell me what the length was, in which they normally do. They had the Dr come in shortly after and a check my cervix to see if I was dilated.. Which I wasn't and he said my cervix was strong and hard.

So my question is .. At 29 wks can I some how reverse the funneling and if so, how did you do so? What worked?
