So on oct 22nd my boyfriend and I took a shower together. He was fingering me while he finished on my lower stomach. Some of it dripped down to my vagina. I was so stressed that I was pregnant so I took a test. It was negative. I had bad symptoms and then my period was 4 days early. Could I be pregnant from this?

Not likely. But it's normal to freak out about it lol. I have an IUD and I still worry about it. Thing is, pregnancy symptoms are so similar to normal hormonal fluctuations and PMS/stress. The only symptom that is indicitave is a missed period and a positive pregnancy test. Because even being stressed can delay a period!

If your period came, no, you aren't pregnant. The likelihood of getting pregnant from him coming on your stomach and it dripping down to your vagina is very low. 
Sperm is pretty fragile, and if you were in the shower, the hot water probably killed it upon contact. 
Also, sperm doesn't have the strength to wiggle its way into your vagina unless it's been put into your vagina or put directly outside the vulva.
