a lot of negative mirena comments?!

It seems like there's a lot of negative experience on here with Mirena IUD. Is there anyone on here that's a positive experience with Mirena? I just got the mirena today and now I'm freaking out because it seems like no one likes it!

I've had mine for about 4.5yrs I love it I'm having it replaced in December. Best decision I've ever made.

I absolutely love mine! No symptoms, nothing different except a slightly lighter period. I love that I don't have to think about it

I loved it when I first got it. It's great they say you can keep it in for 5 years. I wouldn't I would change it after 3years it just keeps it fresh.

I love mine I am on No.2. I was on Depo injections before I got mine which stopped my periods. I have not had a period in 8 and a half years which is a blessing for me. 
The 1st few years I would get horrid cramp then a bit of dark brown spotting. 
My only minor negative is I get way more discharge. 
I get thrush a lot but I can't say it is the IUD as I suffer from perianal disease and when I am having a flare up I get it from front to back. I have had 9 operations because of that and everytime they take swaps because of excessive vaginal discharge and the results are always normal. 
I will be getting it removed in the next few months for baby making and once baby is out I am getting another 1 inserted.
