I am 29 weeks today & will be 30 this Thursday , today I haven't been really moving ALOT as I usually would if I was at the house but last minute I say about 7:00 pm ( it is 10:00pm now ) I started to clean I saw my mom cleaning up thing so of course it made me want to clean so I cleaned our bathroom ( med. size ) which wasn't to much work & started cleaning our room which I would say is average size. And then suddenly when I bent over and came back up I had a small sharp pain on my lower back & my stomach felt tighter than usual. I thought it was just from bending over & coming back up so fast. So I went on and it happened again couple minutes after. By that time I was done with everything , went to the bathroom now I am in bed.. I don't know what contractions or Braxton hicks feels like so could someone explain how it is like ?? I know the pain is probably from moving around so much but I didn't think I would start hurting so quickly into cleaning usually i never start hurting unless after awhile
