Isabel Rain Ramirez born 6 weeks early on 11/10/16 3:33pm. Weighing 4 pounds 8 ounces. She is still in NICU until she is 35 weeks which is Friday, so we are hoping to take her home on Sunday. She is doing great! So in love with my little peanut!!
