Weird Bumps!

So I have these a couple of red bumps around my butt cheeks but near my vagina. Some of my friends tell me they might be ingrown hairs but they're no where near where hair grows. I got an STD and HIV test and everything came out negative but I still have these red bumps! I'd post a picture but I don't think it'd be appropriate :/ anybody ever experience these?
