Any Dermatologists?

So for about 8 months now my skin (only around my eyebrows) has become dry, it flakes a lot like dandruff and some days it's oily but flakes nonetheless. I've tried moisturizing with coconut oil I've tried tea tree oil and warm almond oil. They'll diminish the flakiness for a few days but it always comes back and I just want to fix it 😫. The skin around it is not only flaky but it's also got spotty hues of bright pink. The picture does not do my condition any justice but if anyone has any solutions or recommendations please let me know! Thank you
