Looks like what I have, dyshidrotic eczema. Don't know if I spelled it right. I had it so bad that all of the skin on the soles of my feet and the palms of my hands peeled off. Was a bloody painful disaster. It's gotten better with steroid ointment but still not completely healed and it's been an issue since July.
