Mirena Symptoms

I had my son around this time last year. A month ago I got an iud put in and I swear I have all the symptoms I had when I was pregnant. I know for sure I am not pregnant but I was wondering if anyone else got the following symptoms after Mirena: nausea, feeling really hungry, constant spotting for over a month, occasional headaches and a sudden 10 pound weight gain. I was wondering if these symtoms will clear up over time cause I feel just terrible. Thanks for the responses!
