Embarrassed to feel so conceited

I feel like I shouldn't even be thinking this and maybe it's the hormones. But I got a 3D ultrasound done today and I'm 30 weeks. My baby's nose looks ridiculously wide and flat. Like almost as wide as his mouth. I'm so confused as to where that came from, neither my husband or I have wide noses. But I've also read that the ultrasound can distort it a little bit. Am I crazy?? I feel so bad. I know I will love him no matter what, but I'm just worried he's going to have a giant nose! 😢
