Just took some castor oil and I regret it.. I wasn't thinking idk what to do.. I'm 38 + 1... took 1 tbsp in orange juice

I've read and been told that you shouldn't take it because it can hurt your baby :/

Just stay hydrated! Drink lots and lots of water! That's the biggest issue with castor oil, people often get dehydrated from pooping so much. Good luck!
