After 8 weeks in the hospital.. He's finally here! 34w3d

Baby Christian was born on 11/7/16 at 4lbs 14oz 34weeks and 3 days. I was hospitalized for 8 weeks because of my lung disease and shortness of breath. As baby got bigger, the breathing got harder to do. They decided that 34 weeks was as far as my body could handle. I had a c-section under general anesthesia and had to spend 2 days in ICU and 3 days in normal postpartum unit. I wasn't able to meet my baby until 36 hours after he was born because of the ICU stay. He's still in the intermediate NICU until he can eat enough but is expected to come home tomorrow or Thursday. He's so tiny, but very healthy. So blessed and so in love!! 😍😍
