So on Monday around 6pm i was laying down, got up to go to the bathroom and out of no where my period. (OR so i think) okay i whipe thiers blood, i decide to take a shower, after the shower the most heaviest flow came down ,within 3 hours I had to change every 20 minutes I could feel it n it was horrible. Fell asleep woke up to a completely Clean pad. No more blood for all of Tuesday. See the reason I'm confused is my period last 5 to 7 days (I am overweight) so was this my period just one really heavy day with cramps galore. My period was supposed o come on the 24.
