Chocolate Cysts

I'm 31 and my husband and I have been trying to conceive for 2 years. We finally went to a fertility doc and found out I have a 5cm chocolate cyst on my right ovary that needs to be surgically removed. I will be having it removed within the next week or two. Has anyone had the same experience and been able to conceive naturally? Or by using clomid?
