I honestly think it's kind of funny. Nurses have to deal with so much crap (figuratively and literally).

She's not directing it at you so there's no reason to get offended. She is however breaking rules by being your friend on facebook, it's unfortunately never appropriate for a registered health care provider of any kind to "friend" past or present patients on social media. In Ontario Canada you can even be suspended for that by the college that governs nurses.

Im a nurse and thats what I feel.  Whats is important is not to let your patient know how you feel. You have no clue the amount of 💩 we go thru everyday. Between the doctors,  the rude patient,  the ones that try to teach you your job cause they google something five minute ago, the ones who try to hit on you etc...

I don't see why you would be bothered by it. Have you never been irritated or fed up with your job one day? Nurses deal with a lot of stress and just because your nurse posted it doesn't mean anything regarding you. You may be very nice and a great patient but not all patients are polite and appreciative. Some people are very rude, or some days are just stressful and hard.

I think it's accurate for anyone in any position honestly. They're human. It's not solely directed toward patients. They also have coworkers, doctors, management, life 😂 I usually apologize to my nurses ahead of time for my own BS. Granted, just like every field, there are some that I think would be better off in a different profession as their bedside manner and people skills are rather... nonexistent but for the most part I put myself in their shoes and I'm like "you're a saint."

Its just how some people feel at work... getting ask the same questions over and over I'm a waitress and I have some customers who don't shut the fuck up over stupid things they ask me over and over

Nothing to be bothered by! Nurses are exactly that way. Even those with the big hearts that are compassionate will have the wtf moments. As an aide, I deeply cared about every one of my patients but sometimes had my wtf moments. Caregivers of all degrees deal with some crazy things threw every shift and sometimes just have to have there little moments.
