I'm having the worst hip pain!

I'll be 36 weeks on Saturday and I've been achey as expected. Yesterday my one hip was sore and had some pain in my thigh. I was still able to go about my day. Today I get to work and I can barely lift my leg. The pain is excruciating. Any tips to try and relieve it? It's just the one side.
