I gave birth 6 days ago, I got a second degree tear and a few stitches. I can't even pee cause it burns so bad. Please help me😩 I'm at the point where I'm holding in my pee till it hurts and I'm forced to go because it burns so bad and throbs. What helped if you were in a similar situation as me
