If you're getting drunk every night then yes I would say that's a problem. If it's a glass or two every night nothing wrong with that. Everything is fine in moderation. I grew up with parents that had a glass of wine with dinner every night. Never seen them drunk though.

I think your considered and alcoholic when it becomes an addiction and when you make it a priority over important things in life. Do you feel like your putting the wine first and not paying attention to your health or your daily life or others around you? Is it making you incapable every night? (Drunk) if so then yes its a problem. If it's just a glass a night to help you unwind a little or just with dinner and it's not a priority nor a necessity then you are fine.

One glass of wine each night is actually recommended and supposedly really good for your heart. However, if you find yourself drinking to get drunk or a full bottle every night and don't think you can stop, that could be alcoholism.

I would say if it's every night and like a bottle then yeah but if it's just every few night with just one glass I think that's okay dunno my mum loves her wine in evening 😊
