when should i tell my boss?

I got a job as a massage therapist beginning of October and I didn't let the manager know I was pregnant during the interview because I was scared they wouldn't hire me. I wasn't really showing either so it worked out. I'm starting to show quite a bit now that I'm 32 weeks pregnant. I catch her looking at my stomach sometimes, she probably thinks I'm fat or maybe pregnant lol I wear scrubs and I bought a big size so I can hide it a little.
I'm due Jan 7.. I'm scared that if I tell her I won't be able to work for maybe 2 months so won't hire me back. The longer I wait to tell her the more anxious I get.. I'm an independent contractor for a medical spa and I'm the only Massage therapist they have.. I really like working there and I don't want her to hire someone else. :(

I would tell her. If she is looking at your stomach she probably already knows but can't bring it up.   If you like your job, I think the best thing to do is let her know so she can plan for the time when you are out. 8 weeks isn't a ton of time for her to find a replacement if needed, especially with the holidays approaching as people don't tend to look for jobs during that time. It wouldn't be fair if you like her to blind side her without giving her time to prep. Plus if you tell her, you will probably feel very relieved!

I would personally wait till your done the "trail" period.. She can't fire you for being pregnant. But she can find other ways
