Cervical check and spotting?

Had my 37 week checkup today, they did a cervical check (nothing going on), but after I noticed that I was having some pinkish/brown spotting. I am Rh-, I didn't think to ask when they called me to see if I needed another shot.

Does anyone know? Do you have to get one every time you have spotting?

I spot after cervical check as well. They are usually more concerned about steady bleeding or streaks of blood than spotting.

I was checked last appt, not dialated, and my Dr said to expect spotting. I had some pink mucousy discharge the next day and that was it.

You'll get the second shot after baby is born :)

I haven't had spotting from them but was told by my OB not to be alarmed if I do. He said that spotting can an actually but a good sign at this point of the cervix stretching.
