So I'm 34 weeks now and for the past week or so I have been going to the bathroom a lot. Like not just to pee (been doing that the whole time lol!) Is this normal? I researched it and some call it the "cleaning out" process. Which totally makes since bc shes starting to go head down. Just wanted to know if it was normal, and was wondering what came next in this "process", if anything. And how long did it take some of you to notice ur baby is on his/her way from here (lk a drastic change). I'm just a naturally curious person so im asking lol!
