????? possible

So I'm suppose to start my period already which I haven't but today when I used the bathroom and wiped I noticed a dark brownish red coloring but no sign of blood or cramps or anything of the sort and it was just the one time .....is that normal and I have been feeling nauseous here and there the last couple of day but today was just worse then the other days no throwing up but like gagging super bad with the urge to throw up but I couldn't ???wish hoping and praying that it's a good sign even though the feelings suck ....
