I need answers 🤔

So I have a knot in between my armpit and my boob on my left side. At first I thought it was a cyst because I breakout a lot; however it doesn't move like a cyst would. It has been very sore here lately and is getting harder and bigger. It's about the size of a quarter now. Just wondering if I should go to the doctor and have it looked at or not.
