29w measuring 30?

So I am 29W 1D and my doc said I'm measuring at 30. Does this mean I'm 30W?

Answer

No, it just means you measure a little ahead, that can be for many reasons and it really doesn't matter unless it's a huge difference.

During my whole pregnancy I measured behind ... Like 3-4 weeks behind. My baby was born 4 days late and 7lbs 11oz, perfectly healthy. She was sitting close to my spine and I carry small.
