I'm sorry but if a patient is 20 mins late to their appointment because they went to the wrong office and I'm 10 mins early for mine there is so freaking way they should be seen before me.  And clearly I'm PMSing because I told the nurse I had a 9:40 when she called the other lady and instead of getting angry with her when she said I'd be right after that other lady I literally was about to cry and still am😡😭
