worried sick about my July 17 baby

So I had a 3 day light bleed with no pain last wed -sat :( have had positive tests every day including today but had a BM this morning and passed more red blood . I have had none since tho :( ... early preg just rang and want to do a internal scan tomor morning :( .. I just worried as only 6 weeks will they see any thing anyway ... I have gone from happy and exited to petrified 😭😢xx
