I'm worried

Is this normal? I was on birth control for years they took me off it like 6 months ago because it was causing hepatic adnomas on my liver, but my period ended about 7 days ago ish, Last night me and my boyfriend had sex and this morning I noticed discharge that had blood In it I never spot or have discharge with blood in it after my period. Should I be worried?
