just need to vent.

Starting Sunday I report to a new manager and she's already threatening to fire me because I'm "never at work". I am a 40hr employee who works 50-55 hours a week. The only time I'm gone is doctor appointments (once a week for half a day). My current manager was fine with this but the new manager puts Hitler to shame. I am not telling her I'm pregnant because it's none of her damn business but I am officially applying for FMLA today just to shove it to her. I will also no longer be making up my hours. I foresee lots of meeting with her manager in my future for her frequent illegal/policy threats (like not allowing me to take a lunch or break, telling me I can't take sick time, making me work over the allowed hours per day). I seriously almost quit when I was told I am moving under her, but my current boss implied I could get her fired and I plan on taking full advantage of our companies 6 month paid maternity leave. 😭😭😭🤒😭😭😭😭😭 rant over.
