Sex w/ your kid in the room?

When does it become inappropriate to have sex with your child in the room? I have a friend who says that it's totally normal and the kid doesn't know what's going on. What are y'all's thoughts?  When do they start registering what's going on?

I read a study once that said after the age of 3, children lose their past memories. So if they did somehow know what was going on, by the age 3 they would just forget it.

My mom did it with me and my older brother in the room. We were watching TV, I'm 18 now and don't remember a thing about it.

My husband and I do with our son in the room but only when he's sleep in his bassinet if he's awake he's occupied in his bed and we aren't loud

I feel around 2 r 3 years old thts why my daughters bed is on the living room untill we can get a two bed room

My mom said she pushed my bassinet out of the bedroom when I was a baby so she and my dad could... ya know. 😳😳😳😳 not sure if people still use bassinets, but they look like this. She used to put me in it when I was a newborn.

this is a good question maybe around 18mo? i'm wondering too because i'm due in a few weeks and we plan on having our baby in our room hmm🤔
