Another rainbow baby

I just got home from work and went to use the bathroom when I say blood on my underwear. I keep wiping and see just a little. I'm laying in bed and I feel pressure like if I'm about to get my period. This would be my second miscarriage. A friend of mines will be picking me up to take me to the e.r. I really need prayers ladies I was feeling mine all day no cramping. I'm trying really hard not to cry
