first time?!

I've been with my boyfriend for almost 3 years, (I'm 16 He's 17) and I'm ready to have SEX with him. But I've always heard how bad it hurts? And I'm worried that I won't be "good" enough for him. 
He's never pressured me. He always told me to wait til I'm ready and I am.

Please no comments on how I need to wait til I'm older. I just need advice

Here are some tips that may help you;

1. Water based lubricant can help ease the pain or discomfort of penetration

2. It's completely normal to bleed or not bleed and even be sore after your first time (every woman is different)

3. Always pee after sex, this prevents UTI's

4. Never use flavored condoms for vaginal sex this can cause yeast infections.

5. It's completely normal to not be able to orgasm from penetration alone, almost all women need clitoral stimulation during penetration or even just clitoral stimulation alone (oral sex) to have an orgasm

6. Trojan and Durex are very popular and good condom brands, you can get them almost anywhere (Walmart, pharmacies, gas stations etc)  they are also pretty afordable

7. Although the chance is very small you can get pregnant from pre-cum (clear liquid that comes out of the penis when aroused)

8. Plan B contraceptive is meant to be used during REAL emergencies and still meant to be hardly ever used.

9. Never store condoms where they can get poked or in any extreme temperatures. This can ruin them.

10. Oil based lubricant can ruin condoms causing them to break.

Remember all parts of a relationship need communication including sex. If something hurts or feels great let him know. Just pace yourself and enjoy yourself. Hope this helps!

First make sure you are on birth control or at least use a condom. That said, don't worry. Girls feel too much pressure to be "good". You don't really have to do anything to be good, just go with it. I promise he will like it. And it doesn't hurt as bad as you might think. Be sure to use lube if you need to. I use it almost every time I have sex and it really helps you enjoy it more. If you're asking if it hurts,  it Can indeed if you are not warmed up enough or turned on accordingly.  You may also tear and bleed.

Are you on birth control? Condoms aren't 100% foolproof either.

And depending on where you live, it may be against the law to have sex when you are 16 and he is 17, depends on the age of consent.

Talk to your mom.  She may be a bit upset at first,  but its better to be safe than sorry
