Vaginal tears/rips?

Has anyone ever had tears or rips on their vagina? Like on the lips? I believe it comes from rough sex or not enough lube. I'm usually always wet (like really wet) during sex but I'll still wake up the next day with a few rips and sometimes it stings when I pee and I put a camera down there (don't judge) and I can see blood coming out of the little tears...... Is this common or definitely normal?
