Weight loss after C
Hi all, how long did it take you to lose all of your baby weight after your c section. I gained 50 pounds when pregnant. For me it's been one month and I lost 30 so far. The first few weeks the pounds came off so fast. Now it's slowed down and I only
Lost one pound the last week. Feeling a little discouraged and still am sore and cannot workout. I am also breastfeeding.
