i have a couple things i want to stick to. immediate skin to skin, baby can't leave the room unless medically necesary, no visitors besides the people who will already be there, delayed cord clamping. i'm planning to go natural but if the pain is too much i don't mind getting an epidural. i'm planning on laboring at home for as long as possible so hopefully, that makes the hospital process easier. i've read so many stories where people's "birth plans" go to shit so i'm trying to stay open minded. the only thing i'm firmly against is csection but i understand that you can't even prevent that sometimes. i just hope my no birth plan idea doesn't back fire lol
