Should I worry if i only gained a few pounds at the end of my 2nd trimester?

I'm pregnant with my first child and I'm 27w. I was somewhere around 148 when I got pregnant now I'm 153. When I went for my last ultrasound a few weeks back I was told the baby was 1lb 3oz.

I'm 24 weeks and I lost 23 pounds at the beginning and only gained 7 pounds back

So far I've just lost weight and my doctor is fine with it I brought up my worries and they said they would be worried if she wasn't growing the correct way but so far she seems right on point!

I'm 9 months pregnant and have only gained 13 pounds, as long as your doctor isn't concerned I wouldn't worry about it girl.
